TODAY WAS PRACTICAL EXAMINATION.
I don't know why, but all i can say is that;
I came with a positive mindset, all geared up for whatever that comes what may. I ended up going home feeling so down. Maybe my expectations towards myself is too high and i ended up dissapointing no one but myself.
So we did Choux Pastry, Bread as well as Buttercake. All was fine for me. Only we kind of dragged the time too much and ended really really late.
Hmmm, should have listen to what Chef said, about putting Bread as out first priority so as to not end late.
But you know, when we all work with pressure, we tend to do things the way we think it is right. I dont know, but i just felt i could have done better for thePractical.
YES, this dissapointment still overwhelms me.
I shall get over and done with, and learn from mistakes right.
*gives pat on backs.

PUFF PASTRY CLOGGED UP YOUR ARTERIES DUE TO ITS SUPERRRRR HIGH AMOUNT OF TRANS FAT CONTENT. SO IT MEANS, SHORTER LIFE SPAN~! D;
Plus, the most awesome and saddest fact is that- Taro turnover that i loooooove so much from Burger King is a Puff Pastryy, right? haha, i dont know. Syaffyy said it was Puff pastry. I have been decreasing my life span on earth by eating too much of it~

so what is this about Puff Pastry?
We did Puff Pastry this week and guess what is THE SUPER MAIN ingredient in it? Yeappp, Pastry Margerine. We have to place a whole block of 250gm of Pastry margerine in the dough and laminate it to loads of layers.
God knows how heartbroken i was getting to know that fact.
So now think before buying them alright?

School life for me have been going on fine.
Infact, its a notch higher than that.

Seriously, i think right, after all this weeks and months I spend in school right,
I'm not only going to gain weight, but I think i will stop eating Pastry products all together.

So school days have come and go.
thus,you know, things happen at times and at times poor me cannot manage to grasp the whole situation.
I have never been this happy in school.
Wait, my previous two lines sounds contradicting.
Oh well.
Long story cut short, school have been going oh-so-well for me.
Somehow, i think i have made the right choice coming heree.

for some reason, i think I am so going to love this assignment with all my heart.
First reason is because, I finally got a reason to update my blog.
As you can see hereee, my blog almost died or something due to my school.
Even if I have no school or end or starts school late, my fingers all got jam when it comes to blogging.

I learnt to bake loads of stuff i thought i can never bake.
Things like, BREAD~! or PIZZA DOUGH~!
As you know, i used to take Food and Nurtirion in school right?
and boy do i have to tell you how my pizza dough was like.
hahaha, im sure you guys will shake head~ ;D
though my first bread doesnt turn out that well, to me.
still, in Pastry and Baking or whatever it is.
PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT~! ;D
I am confident that i will somehow made it to one perfect loaf of bread.
At times right, i kind of feel the pressure as at times teachers teach in a speed where i think faster that F1~
haha, got to really catch up,huh?
